Tandem cylinder synchronization
Synchronization of tandem hydraulic cylinders is to make the output of one hydraulic cylinder serve as the intake of the next cylinder. If the hydraulic cylinders have the same area, synchronization can be achieved.
Due to the internal leakage and manufacturing error of the hydraulic cylinder, the error will accumulate after repeated reciprocation, so it is necessary to take compensation measures, generally through the one-way valve or the built-in compensation valve inside the hydraulic cylinder to compensate for the accumulated error.
This kind of circuit has better synchronization accuracy and higher efficiency, and can be applied to different load situations, but the system pressure must be greater than the sum of all load pressures, so the pressure level and the number of series connections are limited.
